We're Hiring: Sales Assistant Intern (Full-Time or Part-Time Internship)

Location: Hoofddorp, NL | On-site

Duration: Min. 4 months | Start from mid July

Languages: English & Chinese


We’re currently looking for a Sales Assistant Intern to support our regional sales and operations team. If you're eager to learn about international sales, order processing, and cross-functional coordination, this is your chance!

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with daily follow-ups on customer orders and shipments
  • Support data entry, order review, and system updates
  • Coordinate internally with finance, supply chain, logistics & R&D to ensure smooth delivery
  • Help with reporting, customer communications, and general admin tasks


Your mission

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are enrolled in a Dutch higher education program and eligible for an internship agreement
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Are available 3–5 days/week for at least 4 months
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
