HIKMICRO is now looking for a Return Merchandise Authorization Administration Intern for the Technical Support Team. In this role, you will work closely with technical support specialists, after-sales service team and warehouse team.
You will play a key part in managing the RMA process, supporting smooth and timely handling of product returns, repairs, and inventory movement. This is a hands-on role that combines administrative duties with some physical tasks. You will gain valuable experience in after-sales support operations and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic international environment.

Job Description

Monitor and maintain the RMA email inbox: respond to inquiries, provide basic troubleshooting suggestion, and route cases to the appropriate teams.
Coordinate the return and exchange process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Track and update incoming and outgoing RMA stock; assist with regular inventory checks.
Support warehouse tasks, including helping with packaging, delivery coordination, and pick-ups.
Provide general administrative assistance to the Technical Support Team as needed.

Your profile

Enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution during the entire internship period (engineering, supply chain, business, or related background preferred).
Comfortable with on-site work and occasional physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
Able to handle repetitive tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and consistency.
Available for at least 4 months, for 3 to 5 full working days per week.
Detail-oriented and reliable with a can-do attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and preferably SAP.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
